Carolina Conveying makes bulk material handling easier by providing high-performing, reliable equipment tailored to their clients' needs. With over 20 years of experience, they’ve helped companies confidently solve material handling challenges across industries. Their product line includes rotary airlocks, diverter valves, bulk bag systems, and flexible screw conveyors—all designed to ensure efficiency and long-term performance.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

When Carolina Conveying came to Greenstone Media in 2017, they were struggling with poor search engine visibility. Although they offered a wide range of high-quality material handling equipment, their website wasn’t ranking for key industry terms, limiting their ability to attract leads and compete online.

They also recognized that their outdated website needed a redesign to improve usability—making it easier for visitors to browse products, view specifications, and request quotes.

Goals

Optimize product pages by adding related products and display product options in a clearer way.

Modernize the overall look and feel of their website.

Build and launch a targeted email sequence to close more deals from the Chicago trade show.

Increase search engine visibility to combat online competition.

THE SOLUTION:

Carolina Conveying needed a strategy to boost organic traffic, strengthen their digital presence, and turn more website visits into qualified leads.

 

A Modern Website
The first step was to prepare the website to convert more traffic, before driving additional traffic to it. So, Greenstone Media worked with Carolina Conveying to upgrade their site with a more modern, user-friendly design and improved functionality to make it easier for them to manage as well as their customers to submit product inquiries.

 

Organic & Paid Advertising
The next phase included efforts to increase visibility and drive more traffic to their new site. This included SEO-optimized blog content, as well as technical SEO and optimizations to their main site pages to grow organic rankings. Google Ad campaigns were used to help them increase their reach and get quick results, while SEO efforts built up over time.

 

Email Sales Funnel
We also developed a series of sales emails for Carolina Conveying to improve their lead follow-up after the big Chicago trade show. This included a 5-part email sequence, designing branded templates, and fully setting up MailChimp—complete with contact segmentation, automated workflows, and domain integration.
