BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

Zöe Dental faced challenges in attracting website traffic beyond those actively searching for a local dentist. They needed a more effective strategy to drive visitors easily and efficiently while ensuring their website reflected their brand appropriately to attract qualified leads and the right patients. Additionally, managing their WordPress backend was difficult, requiring external support for even basic updates. They sought a solution that would improve website functionality, increase visibility, and enhance user experience.

Google Ads Campaigns were launched to attract and engage potential patients and job applicants to match their growth goals.

To connect and streamline all of their marketing efforts, and to generate more quality leads, we used HubSpot’s Marketing Hub to set up automated sales funnels and segmented email lists, integrate Google Ads tracking, and set up custom reporting dashboards.

An Effective Sales Funnel

E-guides were created to capture leads who may not be ready to book an appointment right away. Connecting these lead-generating assets to automated emails in a HubSpot workflow allowed Zöe Dental to continue nurturing these leads with valuable information about their services and social proof to remain top of mind and encourage more bookings.

A separate lead generator was created as part of a campaign to attract more job applicants as well.

Paid Ads & Local SEO

To increase brand awareness and get in front of potential patients searching for local dental solutions, Google Search and Display ads were created.

Local SEO efforts served to promote Zöe Dental more prominently in local search results and helped to ensure they were not only more competitive in the local area but were attracting a local audience.

RESULTS:

  • Zöe Dental surpassed their 2023 monthly patient goal for multiple months in a row, allowing them to move toward their expansion goal and increase their monthly patient goal the following year.
  • Placing an emphasis on Local SEO raised visibility for Zöe Dental, making them more competitive with their focus services in local listings and steadily increasing their website traffic and engagement throughout 2023.
  • Google Search and Display ads drove nearly 75% of their new leads.
